As a courtesy to our customers The Herbery Online would like to extend the invitation to any customer, who has shopped at the Online store, to return items that have been damaged or broken in the shipping process. Getting you your purchase safely and securely is important to us and so we carefully pack every box with packing material to decrease the amount of breakage/damage. In the event that your purchase is damaged upon its arrival please send it back, and email us at theherbery@hotmail.com or call at 860.388.0679 or 860.388.0679 and, if available, a replacement will be shipped, (shipping will be free), to you within 48 hours of broken product’s arrival. If replacement product is not available you will be reimbursed for the purchase price. All claims must be made within 7 days of arrival.
Products that have been opened, used or otherwise tampered with will not accepted for replacement or refund.
Customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase will be reimbursed, by check, the purchase price minus shipping provided that product is returned in original packing material and box with a copy of receipt of purchase within 30 days of arrival. Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer and prepaid in full. Notification of return must be made within 7 days of delivery by email or phone.
The Herbery Online reserves the right to refuse any return found to be of suspicious origin or untrustworthy nature.
